33 years ago BBC Radio Norfolk opened in Norwich and one of the presenters was Michael Souter.
Now the 60 year old is on trial at Norwich Crown Court for abusing boys as young as 11, over a 20 year period.
One of them, it's alleged, was a teenager he met at the radio station at the height of his fame who he then abused after getting him drunk.
Mr Souter denies 19 offences against seven boys between 1979 and 1999. The case is expected to last six weeks.
