Police planning on safe V Festival
Thousands of music fans have been arriving in Chelmsford ahead of this weekend's V-Festival. Around 120,000 are expected to descend on Hylands Park over the 2-day event, including 46,000 campers.
Essex Police is urging festival goers to stay safe and has been cracking down on drug crime in the area to try to head off problems at the site.
The force has also been targeting drink-drivers and thieves, aiming to make the event as trouble-free as possible.
