Police are currently attending a serious road collision in Ber Street, Norwich.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 5.45am following reports a blue car had hit railings on the side of the road.
Five people are believed to have been in the vehicle at the time. They have all been taken to hospital where two are described as being in a serious condition.
The road has been closed to allow investigations to be carried out. It is likely to be closed for some time.
