It's the eve of the historic boat race between Cambridge and Oxford Universities, but instead of all focus being on the event, Cambridge has been caught up in a row over plans for a new boathouse.
Conservationists are fighting the boat club's proposals, saying the development near Ely would have a devastating effect on wildlife. Elodie Harper reports.
