Managers at Luton Airport have apologised unreservedly for a social media gaffe on Facebook after posting a picture of a plane crash in America.
The image was accompanied by the comment about how the airport was dealing with ice and snow. But staff hadn't realised that the image was of a crash which resulted in the death of a child.
