Court upholds heritage site windfarm decision
The Court of Appeal has upheld a decision by the High Court to quash plans for a windfarm near to the historic Lyveden New Bield in Northamptonshire.

The judgment in a legal challenge over plans for a windfarm in Northampshire is expected to be delivered at the High Court later today.
English Heritage and the National Trust had teamed up to challenge the legality of the windfarm project at Lyveden New Bield claiming it would be harmful to the surrounding area.
