ITV's From the Heart campaign took place in Valentine's Week to raise awareness of organ donation and the NHS Organ Donor Register.
ITV campaign boosts transplant donors
45 people in the Anglia region die each year waiting for a vital transplant operation. There's a desperate need for more donors but at the moment less than a third of the population have signed up to be on the Organ Donor Register.
All this week, ITV's From the Heart Campaign has been looking at the personal stories behind the figures, and aims to raise awareness of the issue and since our campaign started some 33,000 new people have signed up.
