ITV's From the Heart campaign is taking place in Valentine's Week to raise awareness of organ donation and the NHS Organ Donor Register. We're highlighting the shortage of donated organs in the UK.
In the ITV Anglia region there are nearly 1,000 people who need an organ transplant whether it's a heart and lungs, kidney or liver. In this region 45 people a year die waiting for a transplant.
Only one in three people are signed up to the Organ Transplant Register.
ITV News Anglia has been featuring the moving stories of people who've received donated organs and those who've been through the tragedy of losing a family member and allowing their organs to be used by others.
At 9pm on Wednesday 13th February, ITV brings together a host of stars for an entertainment special featuring musical and comedy treats from the likes of Rowan Atkinson, Hugh Laurie, Pixie Lott, Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse.
