Police question three men in murder inquiry after man dies in Harlow

Police have launched a murder inquiry after the death of a man who was found with injuries in Harlow.

Officers were called to the back of The Rows just before 9.15pm on Wednesday but the man died despite the efforts of emergency services.

Police said they believed the death was suspicious and an investigation is continuing.

Three men – aged 43, 44, and 61 – have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in custody.

Det Insp Stewart Eastbrook said: “My thoughts today are with the family and friends of the man who has died.

“Our investigation is in the early stages but our initial assessment is that his death is suspicious.

“Specialist officers and staff are carrying out a range of inquiries. I need anyone who was in the area or has CCTV or dash cam footage to contact us.”
