Has ANOTHER Banksy appeared in Norfolk?

Could Banksy have been at work on the North Norfolk coast?

A mural painted in the secretive street artist's style has appeared in Cromer.

It was spotted by Helen Watson on the beach wall just west of the pier.

It's the latest in a series of paintings to appear across Norfolk and Suffolk which many think could be the work of Britain's best known graffiti artist.
