Police want to trace wanted man in connection with breach of licence

Hertfordshire Police are appealing for public help in tracking down a wanted man in connection with a breach of licence.

Charlie Brinkley, aged 22, has connections with Welwyn Garden City and Northampton.

People have been asked to call 999 immediate if they see the man or use the non-emergency 101 number if they know of his whereabouts.
