Investigation underway after fatal house fire in Downham Market

An investigation is underway following a fatal house fire in West Norfolk.

A body was found in a house in Retreat Estate in Downham Market just before midday on Wednesday.

The death is currently being treated as unexplained and the cause of the fire isn't known yet.

A seal remains in place at the scene and fire investigators are now looking into the circumstances surrounding the death.
