East Anglia's best - and worst - seaside resorts revealed in new survery
Great Yarmouth and Clacton have been ranked as some of the UK's worst seaside resorts in a survey of around 3,700 beachgoers.
Which? asked tourists to rate 105 of the country's coastal towns out of five in a variety of categories, including peace and quiet, attractions, and value for money; with the results collated into a percentage score.
The Suffolk towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh were East Anglia's highest scoring locations, coming third and fourth in the survey with 84% and 83% respectively.
At the other end of the table, Clacton and Great Yarmouth were both given scores of 48%, and were only kept off bottom spot by Skegness.
Clacton scored one out of five in the food and drink, peace and quiet, value for money and shopping categories.
Great Yarmouth performed lowest in the peace and quiet, shopping and seafront categories.
