McFly’s summer Newmarket concert postponed until 2021

McFly's headline show at Newmarket Racecourse this summer has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The band were due to perform at the Summer Saturday Live concert over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

The show will now take place next year, on 28th August.

Promoters, The Jockey Club Live, said tickets will be automatically transferred to next year's show or you can apply for a refund online.

The band, which consists of Tom, Danny, Dougie and Harry, headlined the Saturday Live show four years ago.

With seven UK number-one singles, five top-ten albums, six sell-out tours and ten million records sold worldwide, McFly are one of the biggest British boybands of the 21st century.

Having taken a break after touring as the pop phenomenon that was "McBusted", the band recently released a lockdown version of their hit single "All About You" to raise money for NHS Charities.
