Magpas Air Ambulance "humbled" by donations of PPE including masks and respirators
Magpas Air Ambulance says it has been "humbled" by the amount of personal protective equipment donated to it after an appeal last week.
The Cambridgeshire-based charity had asked for donations of masks, suits and respirators, revealing it had less than a month's worth left. Now local businesses and individuals have come forward to help.
The charity's air ambulance serves communities in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and across the East of England and is dispatched by both the East of England and the East Midlands Ambulance Service Trusts.
