Nurses at Broomfield hospital in Chelmsford have made a video urging people to stay at home.

Staff on the Baddow Ward have shared messages from their loved ones, as well as photographs of themselves in face masks.

They're asking people to protect the NHS and only go out if it's necessary, so the NHS doesn't become overwhelmed.

It comes as Cabinet minister Michael Gove said the coronavirus lockdown will be in place for a "significant period" and could last longer if people do not stick to the rules.
