King's Lynn veteran celebrates 100th birthday with big bash

Don Hall, a veteran from King's Lynn, has been celebrating his 100th birthday.

Don served throughout the Second World War as part of the Royal Artillery; he also took part in the British Expeditionary Force Landings in Dunkirk and the D-Day landings landing ashore as part of the second wave.

He was joined by 25 other veterans for his party, which took place at the Black Swan Residential Home.
