Second man dies after A47 crash in Norfolk

A second man has died after a crash involving a lorry, a tanker and a car on the A47 in Norfolk at Little Fransham on Friday 6 March.

The driver of the lorry, a man in his 40s, died at the scene.

The driver of the car, a man in his 70s, sustained serious injuries died in hospital on Saturday.

The passenger of the car and driver of the tanker were both not seriously injured.

The A47 was closed between Little Fransham and the McDonald’s roundabout near Swaffham for a number of hours as a result of the incident.

Police believe there were a number of witnesses to the collision who were in the area at the time and they are urged to come forward.
