A father from Peterborough is campaigning for a change in the law to allow inquests to be held into the deaths of stillborn babies.
The current law gives coroners no jurisdiction to investigate when a baby is stillborn.
Simon Bates' daughter Darcey died six years ago. He says he won't rest until he has answers about why it took an hour and twenty minutes to get his partner, Michelle, into surgery at Peterborough City Hospital, just a mile and a half from their home.
The East of England Ambulance Service says discussions with the family are ongoing. North West Anglia NHS Trust has launched a clinical review into what happened.
