Crash between two lorries closes Orwell Bridge in Suffolk
A driver suffered minor injuries following a crash between two lorries on the A14 near to the Orwell Bridge.
The westbound carriageway was closed for several hours after a lorry jackknifed just after 6am this morning (21 January) between junction 57 at Nacton Heath and junction 56 at Wherstead.
The road re-opened to motorists around 11am.
The closure caused traffic congestion back to junction 58, the Seven Hills roundabout.
Police said the central reservation had been damaged by the crash.
