Brexit inspired owner to bring Noah's Ark to Ipswich
A 70 metre long replica of Noah's Ark has floated into Ipswich.
It's currently moored at Orwell Quay on Ipswich Waterfront after arriving from the Netherlands
The ark is a floating exhibition of Bible stories, however the artist behind it says it is about culture and storytelling and not affiliated with any church or religious group.
Owner Aad Peters explains Brexit was his motivation to bring the ark to Ipswich
The boat was launched nearly ten years ago and has travelled across Europe visiting more than 50 different ports welcoming more than half a million visitors.
The ark will be open to the public from Friday 15th November and is expected to be in Ipswich for around 3 months.
