Northampton Saints hit 500 in rugby's Premiership

It's 500 not out for Northampton Saints as they reach the landmark in English Rugby's top flight.

Mikey Haywood makes his first senior appearance in eleven months, while Ben Gibson also returns to the starting line-up.

Northampton Saints Director of Rugby Chris Boyd - a New Zealander - and the rest of his coaching team will be on opposite sides of the England/All Blacks divide for Saturday morning's World Cup Semi-Final.

But once time ticks towards the 2 o'clock kick-off they'll form a united front in a bid to make it two wins out of two in the Gallagher Premiership.

The Saints surprised defending champions Saracens at Allianz Park last Saturday (October 19), scoring three tries in their 27-25 win.

And they're calling for their young squad to prove that it wasn't a one-off.
