Pony rescued from swimming pool in Essex
Firefighters have had to rescue a pony which accidentally fell into a swimming pool in Chelmsford.
The animal wandered into a garden on Coalhill Lane at around 5.15 on Monday, 14 October.
Three fire crews were called to the property, and had to use a piece of equipment known as a 'skid' to get the pony out.
The animal was not seriously injured, but crews left it in the care of a vet as a precaution.
