Cyclist in Clacton dies in crash with lorry

A woman has died after a crash with a lorry on a main road in Clacton.

The collision happened on the A133 London Road at around 8.45 on Tuesday 8 October.

The woman, who was riding a bike, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following the collision, officers closed the road between the Esso garage and roundabout with St John's Road.
