Another fire at former Pontins site at Hemsby in Norfolk
Firefighters have once again spent the night tackling a blaze at the former Pontins holiday camp at Hemsby.
Crews from Martham, Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Acle, Stalham and Wroxham were called to the site around 1.20am today (Thursday).
Norfolk Fire Service said the blaze was concentrated in the old entertainment complex.
Firefighters are expected to be there for most of the day.
The former Pontins site, off Beach Road, has been repeatedly targeted by arsonists since it closed in 2008.
Last August, a fire destroyed the old reception area.
Demolition work started on the site, which is owned by Northern Trust, just after that blaze.
Last month, plans for nearly 200 homes for the site were approved by Great Yarmouth Borough Council - despite objections from local people who wanted it retained for tourism.
