ITV News Anglia sport correspondent Donovan Blake is joined by his panel of Anglia pundits to pick through the sporting campaign ahead with Raveena Ghattaura, Rob Halden-Pratt and Andy Ward.

Football fans get in on the act by sending in their own videos and the panel make their own brave predictions of each club's final positions in the league tables come the end of the season.

Norwich City are newly promoted to the top flight, back in the Premier League for the first time in three years. They play Liverpool at Anfield in the curtain-raiser of the season on Friday 9 August.

Luton Town are also up a league after securing back-to-back promotions and are now in the Championship.

They kick off the opening game of the entire football season with a home fixture against Middlesbrough.

Ipswich Town are playing in the third tier of English football for the first time since 1957. They were relegated to League One after 17 years in the Championship.

Coming up the other way, MK Dons were promoted to League One and will play with other local clubs - Peterborough United and Southend United.

In League Two there are Cambridge United, Colchester United, Northampton Town and Stevenage.
