Leah Croucher was last seen on February 15th. CCTV shows her walking to work in Furzton at around 8am, but she never arrived.
Nearly five months after Leah disappeared, her sister Jade has made an emotional appeal for information.
She said life was a struggle without knowing what's happened to Leah, but she hasn't given up hope.
Jade Croucher said: "Your focus needs to be on remaining positive. That changes in a blink of an eye. There's those days when you can't get out of bed.
"There's days when the worry eats you up. And there's days when it all just feels a bit much and putting on this brave act, it doesn't work some days.
"Hopefully someone has got some information and they come forward with it soon and help to put an end to everything that we're living through at the moment because it's just awful."
Despite extensive searches, poster and media appeals, there have been no confirmed sightings.
Police say they remain committed to finding Leah.
