Nine-year-old Ipswich drummer jams with Lenny Kravitz before O2 gig

A nine-year-old drummer from Ipswich was given the opportunity of a lifetime when she was invited by rockstar Lenny Kravitz to have a jamming session before a gig.

'Are You Gonna Go My Way?' singer Kravitz got in touch with Nandi Bushell after spotting her drumming videos on Instagram and asked if she'd be up for spending some time with him on stage in the lead-up to his recent show at the O2 Arena.

Nandi showed off her skills on the drumkit as she and Kravitz performed some of his biggest hits before his soundcheck.

Nandi is no stranger to fame, having also appeared on last year's John Lewis advert.

She began drumming at the age of five and already has a big following on social media.

Following their jam, Kravitz was so impressed with Nandi that he posted a video of their meeting on Twitter.

In the post, he wrote that he was "looking forward to seeing her shine in the future."
