Soccer Aid 2019: Katie Chapman 'honoured' to be one of first women to take part
Katie Chapman, former Chelsea and England player, will be one of the first ever women to take part in this year's Soccer Aid.
She is supporting the Great Big Kickabout, encouraging thousands of people to come together and play football for Soccer Aid for Unicef.
The money raised will help make sure children around the world are happy, healthy and safe to play.
Goals centres around the UK are donating their pitches for the weekend of the 14th to the 16th June, encouraging families to sign up for a kickabout.
As part of The Walt Disney Company's wider healthy living commitment to encourage kids and families to get active, for every Great Big Kickabout, booking they are donating £10 to Soccer Aid.
Every pound raised until 23rd July 2019 will be matched by the UK government.
In the Angia region there are Goals centres in Ipswich, Norwich and Northampton.
Soccer Aid 2019 will kick off at 7:30pm on Sunday 16th June 2019 on ITV.
