Who has been released and who is staying ahead of the new football season?

Football clubs across the East have been announcing their retained lists as they ramp up their preparations for the new season.

A number of players have been offered new deals, but others will be available on free transfers after their clubs decided against giving them new contracts.

Norwich City (Premier League)
