There were memorable scenes in Norwich on Bank Holiday Monday as fans turned out in force to celebrate Norwich's City promotion to the Premier League.

The Canaries were crowned Championship champions on Sunday and supporters lined the streets in their thousands on Monday to hail their heroes.

Players lifted the Championship trophy on the balcony at City Hall before they headed on an open-top bus parade of the city.
