Body found after hunt for murdered farmer in Hertfordshire

The body of a man has been found in a river near Hitchin in Hertfordshire close to where a search was carried out for a murdered farmer.

William Taylor, known as Bill, went missing from his home in Gosmore, near Hitchin, last June. His body has never been found.

Police were called to the River Hiz in nearby Charlton on Sunday. It was close to an area searched by Police in September.

The body has yet to be identified. Three people have been charged in connection with Mr Taylor's murder.
