Shopping centre bucks trend with increase in visitors

25 million people visited centre:mk in 2018, making it one of the top ten shopping centres in the UK.

The centre says it's a 1.13% increase on the previous year.

Three and a half million people went through the doors over the Christmas period.

The centre is hoping to attract even more people in 2019 with a new Primark store due to open in 2019

The centre says people have been spending too, with some retailers reporting sales up 15% this Christmas against key periods on last year.
