107 not out: the oldest living test cricketer on the secret to her amazing innings
Watch our full report from Rob Setchell below:
Eileen Ash has lived an extraordinarily long life - she has correspondence from the Queen to prove it. The Norwich centenarian has royal birthday cards on her mantlepiece, including one that marks her most recent, 107th birthday.
Yoga plays a huge part in Eileen's healthy lifestyle. She does her exercises every week and thinks the discipline should be taught in schools.
Eileen is also the world's oldest living test cricketer. She played for England in the 1930s and 40s. At seven years past her century, she still loves the game and is a regular visitor to Lords.
Along with her sporting feats, Eileen spent over a decade working for MI6. She also lived through two world wars.
Eileen is remarkably unfazed by a modern world of iPhones, artificial intelligence and headlines about Brexit.
This is the sort of spirit that Eileen has lived by - staying happy and staying active. That, she says, is the key to her long life.
