Thousands of protestors from across our region have joined a rally calling for a fresh referendum on the final Brexit deal.

Organisers claim more than half a million people have attended the march which set off from Park Lane before heading to Parliament Square for a rally.

Dozens of coaches gathered supporters in Norwich and Cambridge to take them to the rally.

Celebrities are among the anti-Brexit campaigners, including the Norwich City majority shareholder Delia Smith, who announced earlier this week she would miss the Canaries match against Nottingham Forest to attend the event.

She said people were not fully informed when they voted but now understood "the dire consequences".

"The only way we can avoid this total madness and win back our future has to be a People's Vote."

However Theresa May has repeatedly ruled out holding a second referendum.
