Teenage boy pushed into bushes and sexually assaulted in Bungay

Police are investigating after a teenage boy said he was pushed into bushes and sexually assaulted in Bungay in Suffolk.

The victim reported that his attacker followed him while he was walking down Castle Lane between 8.30pm and 10.30pm on Saturday night.

The attacker then ran off when friends of the victim started calling out for him.

The victim is being supported by specialist trained officers, the police have said.
