80,000 expected in the sunshine at the Royal Norfolk Show

Dry weather and blue skies are expected to boost the crowds at the Royal Norfolk Show on Wednesday and Thursday.

Early reports are that it is very busy at the showground at Easton on the outskirts of Norwich with crowds of people enjoying the sunshine.

It's a record breaking year for livestock with the most ever entries.

For the first time the annual agricultural show is opening in the evening until 10pm with live music and entertainment as part of 'Jimmy's Festival'.

More than 80,000 visitors expected over the two day event.

Show organisers says they are prepared for the heat and has plenty of water on site along with St John Ambulance with their 'cycle response units.'
