East coast wildlife at increased risk from plastic waste
A grey seal which was badly injured when it became entangled in plastic is fighting for its life at the RSPCA's East Winch Wildlife Centre near King's Lynn in Norfolk.
The young male was found tangled-up in fishing net and rope which caused a wound around his neck.
He joins four other seals at East Winch who have been injured by waste plastic which the RSPCA says has become a more common problem in recent years
