Norwich City fans are preparing to say goodbye to club legend Wes Hoolahan.

The midfielder will captain the Canaries in his final game against Leeds United at Carrow Road tomorrow (April 28).

It was announced this week that Hoolahan will leave the club at the end of the season after 10 years of highs and lows.

Hoolahan has made 351 appearances in all competitions for City since joining from Blackpool in July 2008. He has scored 53 goals.

City fans have been urged to get to Saturday’s Championship game early to take part in special tributes to Hoolahan.

He was welcomed out onto the pitch by a guard of honour formed by his teammates and the Leeds players.
