Have you spotted Bernard the Bear running around Norfolk?

The man behind the mask is Ashley Grote, Master of Music at Norwich Cathedral, whose training for the London Marathon looks a little different this year.

He's doing it dressed as Great Ormond Street Hospital's mascot - raising thousands of pounds to say thank you to the staff who treat his daughter Emily.

She was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour aged three - but Great Ormond Street help her to live a normal life.

This year will be Ashley's fourth London Marathon.

He has raised more than £60,000 for GOSH and is determined to push that total even higher with his latest fundraising page.
