New book celebrates hundreds of aviation landmarks in Norfolk and Suffolk

The coastline of East Anglia has always had an important strategic position, particulary during the Napoleonic and World Wars. A new book celebrates the remaining landmarks and relics of this aviation importance.

Former history teacher and now author, Peter Gunn, has visited hundreds of sites and delved into the archive to find out the stories behind the landmarks.

The book is a comprehensive A-Z of cities, towns and villages in Norfolk and Suffolk with any aviation connections.
