Another damaging overnight tide has left a north Norfolk beach "extremely dangerous".

The Winterton-on-Sea Facebook page has posted a series of photos showing the latest impact of the sea - which has washed away more of the beach.

The car park next to the area's Dunes cafe has been closed, along with the slope leading down to the beach.

Visitors with cars are being urged to go to Horsey or Hemsby instead.

Walkers should stick to the dunes - but should be mindful of seal pups who may have moved further up the beach because of the erosion.

At the weekend, Friends of Horsey Seals announced four pups had been found dead having been abandoned by their mothers. It is though human interference was to blame.
