Ben Duckett: Final written warning from England & Wales Cricket Board
Northamptonshire cricketer Ben Duckett has been fined and given a final warning over his conduct as an England player.
The 23 year old was suspended pending an investigation for allegedly pouring a drink over England's all-time leading wicket taker James Anderson, at a bar in Perth, Australia.
The Lions had met up with the full Test players ahead of the third Test at the WACA, due to start on Thursday.
Duckett was earmarked to open the innings in England's latest warm-up game against a Cricket Australia XI, with his absence only confirmed by the ECB once play had begun.
It is understood the incident occurred on the first evening after ECB director Andrew Strauss agreed to relax a midnight curfew - imposed two weeks ago.
The ECB revealed Duckett's punishment after the game ended in a draw on Sunday.
