A sculpture of Ipswich's most famous bird has gone up in Christchurch Park.

Mabel the Tawny owl has been a tourist attraction there for ten years but when she temporarily went missing in February, the park commissioned a sculpture in her honour.

However shortly before the sculpture was unveiled- you guessed- good ole Mabel showed up!
