Flaming June continues with soaring temperatures
The Anglia region has been hit by heatwave conditions as temperatures continue to soar above 30°C.
The highest temperature in the Anglia region on Monday was 31.3°C (88.3°F) recorded at Marham in Norfolk and Wittering in Cambridgeshire.
It was slightly hotter on Sunday with a maximum of 31.4°C at Cavendish in Suffolk.
Monday the UK's hottest day of the year so far as the temperature reached 32.5°C (90.5°C) at Hampton Water Works in west London.
The average maximum temperature in the Anglia region in late June is 20°C.

According to the Met Office the hottest June on record in East Anglia was in 1976 with average maximum temperatures of 24.0°C.
The average maximum temperature in the Anglia region up to 18 June was 21.5°C which is not as hot as it was in June 2003.
