Norwich City confirm appointments of new scouting team

Norwich City have confirmed the appointment of two new faces to oversee their revamped recruitment department.

Chris Badlan joins as head of European scouting, while Kieran Scott will be responsible for identifying domestic players.

Both men worked with Canaries sporting director Stuart Webber at Wolves, although Scott was most recently at Premier League club Burnley.

Webber decided to overhaul the club's recruitment strategy shortly after his arrival in April, as head of football recruitment Tony Spearing, head of scouting Lee Darnbrough and technical director Ricky Martin were all dismissed.
