ITV News Anglia viewers have named roads around the region that they say are riddled with potholes.

This year's Annual Local Authority Road Maintenance Survey estimates £855 million pounds is needed to fix potholes across the East.

The survey by the Asphalt Industry Alliance found that nationally 17% of roads were in "poor" condition.

The government says it is planning to invest £1.2 billion in roads this year, which includes repair and maintenance.

Responding to the survey, the Local Government Association said roads were deteriorating at a faster rate than they could be repaired and that it would take more than £12 billion and be 2030 before they could be brought up to scratch.
