Graham Napier takes on new role coaching schools cricket

In two weeks, Essex County Cricket club will start their new season without one of their star names.

Graham Napier has hung up his helmet, pads and spikes after retirement last autumn.

After 20 years in the sport, he is now he's giving something back by setting up a cricket academy and taking on one of the top coaching roles in schools cricket.

Napier has succeeded Don Topley as Director of Cricket at Royal Hospital School, Holbrook, Suffolk - in his fresh challenge after retirement.
