Hollywood star's appeal for missing RAF serviceman
British Hollywood actor Tom Hardy has posted a video on social media appealing for help in the hunt for missing Suffolk RAF serviceman Corrie McKeague.
The 23-year-old from RAF Honington went missing on a night out in Bury St Edmunds exactly three months ago.
Oscar-nominated Hardy, the star of blockbusters The Revenant and Black Hawk Down, said: "His family is extremely worried and desperate to find him before Christmas or as soon as possible."
As the family of missing RAF serviceman Corrie McKeague prepare for a tough Christmas without him, police have urged anyone with information to "search their conscience" and come forward.
Police in Suffolk say finding him and establishing what happened remains a priority for the force.
But with no confirmed sightings since he was last spotted on CCTV in the early hours of September 24, they admit none of the people they have spoken to so far have been able to take the enquiry forward.
Officers have been working to identify all the people seen on CCTV on the night Mr McKeague, who was based at RAF Honington, disappeared.
Some came forward to speak to police while others were traced with the help of the public.
Mr McKeague's family, including his police officer mother Nicola Urquhart, have been closely involved in the search.
They have organised finger-tip searches, set up a website, helpline and offered a six-figure reward for information that leads to the serviceman being found and returned to his family.
His mum recently feared she now fears she is helping to search for her son's body.
