Investigation launched after man dies at Go-kart track in Suffolk
A man in his 60s has died after apparently being thrown from a Go-kart at a racetrack in Suffolk.
Emergency services were called to the Ellough Park Raceway near Beccles, yesterday afternoon (Sunday) following reports the victim was unconscious and not breathing.
A rapid response vehicle, two ambulance crews and the Essex Air Ambulance were dispatched to the scene before police arrived.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance service said:
Suffolk Police are currently liaising with Waveney District Council as an investigation into the man's death takes place.
So far there has been no comment from the racetrack.
